Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and we won't share your details with other third party in accordance with the new GDPR regulations.

We collect your details in order to process your order, to provide you with the best possible service. Your data becomes encrypted once in our systems and is not passed on to third parties. Your data will be stored in our systems for future reference, should you wish for your data to be destroyed, please get in touch.
Signing up to our newsletter means your e-mail will be stored in our system (we will never pass this information to third parties without permission) Should you decide at any point to unsubscribe, you can do so by clicking the 'unsubscribe' button on the footer of the newsletter e-mail or by e-mailing info@inlightbeauty.co.uk.

ACCOUNT CREATION - Rewards Program
When you create an account with us, you will be automatically added to our rewards program Smile.IO, this will store the details you enter (name, e-mail, IP and birthday if provided).
This allows you to earn/redeem points every time you sign in and shop with us. You will receive monthly point updates directly from Smile.io - If you would like to be excluded from the program, please contact info@inlightbeauty.co.uk.

Competitions & Prize Draws
Each entrant's email address will be added to our mailing list to receive occasional news & updates from Inlight. If you do not wish to receive any further emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any point by clicking the 'unsubscribe' button on the footer of the newsletter.
No details will be passed onto third parties unless clearly stated (in the event of a joint competition with other brands)
Only one entry per person is permitted per competition. Unless stated otherwise, the winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, Inlight Beauty reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.

Shipping & Handling worldwide

All Inlight packaging is guaranteed recycled and/or recyclable and, like all our products, parcels are packed with TLC.

UK - We use Royal Mail as a standard shipping service and DHL as courier.
RM Tracked 48 will be used for all orders with free shipping over £60 (unless otherwise selected)

Please note: Next day courier option is only available on week-days as our offices are closed on week-ends.

Europe and Eire – Post and packing - £13.00 flat fee to Ireland and to all other European destinations.

International – Post and packing - £19.50 flat fee to all other international destinations including the USA & Canada. Please note that our charges to you cover all postage & packing only. Additional taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

- We require a phone number at checkout in case we need to contact you about your order and/or to pass on to our courier should you choose this option. 

If your country is not listed when setting up your account please email your order to info@inlightbeauty.co.uk and we will advise on shipping costs.

Please note that we reserve the right to charge shipping costs in the unlikely eventuality that these have been calculated incorrectly.

Taxes:  All orders of UK addresses will include VAT on both products and delivery service. The VAT is already included in the prices listed for both products and delivery but will be itemised separately on your order confirmation.
For non UK addresses both the products and the delivery service will be zero-rated, with no UK VAT chargeable on either. However, the price paid by you for the products and delivery services will remain the same as shown on the website.

Discounts & Voucher Codes

Only one discount is valid per order, and therefore a voucher code will not be valid for any product which is already on offer at the time of purchase.

Please enter discount codes at the basket, before checkout.

Redeem Codes for trial products: When you purchase our trial size products, we will send you a ONE off code of £5 or £3 (product dependent) which you can redeem against the full size product, within 30 days of purchase. This code can be applied once per customer.

 

Refund policy

We are confident that you will be pleased with our products. However, should you, for any reason, change your mind, we will be happy to either exchange the product or give you a full refund provided it is unopened and posted to us, at your own expense, within 14 days from receipt explaining the reason for return. (as per the Consumer Rights Act passed in Oct 2015). You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed.  You can notify us by emailing info@inlightbeauty.co.uk with your name, address, and reference number.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept products which have been either opened or partially used. We can also take no responsibility for returned goods lost in transit.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software (Pay Pal or ShopifyPay) when your order is placed and Cemon Homeopathics Ltd does not retain any such details.

Care of Inlight Products

All Inlight products are produced by hand in small batches and do not contain any synthetic preservative. Refrigeration is not necessary, but storing away from heat, using the little wooden spatula enclosed for the balms and closing lids fully after use will maximise the products' effectiveness and shelf-life.

Disclaimer

Currently the law requires that unless a substance or product has a medical licence, no claim can be made as to its efficacy for a medical condition. 

All the Inlight range is carefully formulated by Dr Mariano Spiezia, a qualified medical doctor with many years of research, experience and commitment to wellbeing, however suggestions in our website and literature are only intended as a helpful guide and are based on traditional use of the ingredients and current research. We formulate our products with the health of the skin at heart and to be especially kind to sensitive skin. If you are in doubt or aware of sensitivity to one of the ingredients, patch-testing on a small area of skin is recommended before use.
